Pinnacles National Park in California.
April 20 - April 22, 2018
(The 53rd National Park that we have visited)

Welcome to Pinnacles!

Bill always programs our routes in his TomTom GPS
prior to our trip.  Unfortunately, he forgot to pack the GPS, so
we had to use Google maps on his cell phone to navigate real time.
This is where it sent us to get to the west entrance of the park.

After passing a cow and her calf on the side of the road,
and multiple wild turkeys, and being directed
down a numerous access roads to private homes
we ended up here.
Nice view of the tule fog in the valley where we ended up after
leaving the access road to yet another private home!

Kathleen documents the start of our trip down the rabbit hole!
Notice the word "unpaved" - didn't see that on Google Maps.

Nice view of the pinnacles during one of our hikes

Y am I here?
(think about it!)

Bill catching his breath!

Next stop - Virgin Islands National Park

That's all folks!
